Stroller Fitness Class
Stroller Fitness Bootcamp 6 -Week series (45 minutes) All Levels.
A high-energy class that will get your heart pumping and waist shrinking! Focused on interval training and fluid floor work exercises designed to develop a strong foundation in an effort
to improve endurance and burn the most calories, you are sure to sweat your butt off (literally and figuratively!). Using small weights, your environment (park benches, hills, etc), and your
own body weight, we'll sculpt your arms, legs, back, chest, abs, and everything in between while working on core and balance poses throughout the class. Stroller fitness is excellent for all
levels of fitness and can be tailored to suit almost any level of fitness. (All ages welcome.)
